Two Ways to Register
To help keep registration and team formation organized, please review the two registration options below carefully.
Option 1: Individual Registration
Players registering individually may request up to two buddies during registration. This includes siblings who would like to be placed on the same team. Siblings must be listed as a buddy request during registration.
Important Information:
- Buddy requests only work if both players register as individual participants.
- Buddy requests cannot be honored if the requested player is already part of a submitted team.
- Please double check the spelling of your buddy’s name during registration. Incorrect spelling may prevent the request from being recognized.
- While we do our best to place players with both requested buddies, we can only guarantee one buddy request based on roster balance and team availability.
Players who register individually and are not part of a submitted team will be placed on league formed teams.
Option 2: Team Submission
Coaches or team representatives may submit a team using the link below:

Team Submission Requirements:
- Teams must include at least 10 players and 1 coach.
- Every player listed on the team submission must still complete individual registration through the official registration platform.
- The Google Form is used only for roster creation and does not register players for the league.
Roster Guidelines:
- Teams with 12 or more players will not have additional players added.
- Teams with 10 or 11 players may have players added by the league if needed for roster balance.
- Teams may submit up to 15 players on the form. If you would like to add more players, please contact us.
Additional Notes:
- Individual registrants will first be placed on league formed teams before being assigned to open submitted teams.
- Please make sure all players register before the registration deadline.
- Registration may close early once league capacity has been reached.
Important Reminders
All Players Must Register Individually
Submitting the Google Form alone does not register players for the league.
Submit One Form Per Team
Multiple submissions for the same team may create confusion and roster errors.
Wait Until Your Roster Is Final
The Google Form can be edited up until the registration deadline if changes are needed.
Double Check All Names
Incorrect spellings can delay roster formation and create confusion.
Communicate With Families
Please make sure families know their child has been added to a team submission and still needs to complete individual registration.
